Kelly’s career in waterproofing began at Deck Coatings, Inc. in San Diego in 1981, responsible for the sales and management of many premier waterproofing projects such as the La Jolla Marriott, De Luz housing project at Camp Pendleton and numerous deck coating projects. After leaving Deck Coatings, Inc. in 1985, Mr. McBride worked as a Manufacturer’s Representative for various manufacturers including Neogard, Sika, Sonneborn, Tremco, GE Silicones, EFCO, VariSeal gaskets, Architectural Art Manufacturing and others. In 1995, he returned to contracting with AMS Architectutral Technologies rising to the Senior Vice President, responsible for projects ranging from New York City to Singapore that constituted up to $10 million in annual revenues and 270 employees.

Mr. Bueno has over twenty-five years of experience with metal restoration and waterproofing, starting as Operations Manager and rising to Vice President of Operations for AMS Architectural Technologies, Inc.  Mr. Bueno ran the Asian Operations for AMS, including personally supervising the metal restoration on notable projects such as the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, formerly the world’s tallest building, the Hong Kong Shanghai Bank Centre, and many others. He is well-versed in OSHA and Cal-DIOSH regulations and serves as the Safety Director for Century Restoration, Inc.

Ryan is our newest employee, a recent graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara College of Engineering.
